绿色专利设计知识的获取方法研究

摘要: 为了获得绿色专利文献中的功能、结构与绿色特征的相互关系知识,提出一种新方法,即基于特征关联的知识获取方法.通过提取专利文献的权利要求书中零部件的特征,分析标题或摘要中的目的功能和绿色特征,建立零部件特征\|目的功能和目的功能\|绿色特征的训练集,并采用数据挖掘算法提取它们之间的关联规则,获得绿色特征、目的功能及零部件特征之间关系的知识,以辅助产品的绿色创新设计,并以实例验证了所提出的方法.实验结果表明了方法的有效性.

Abstract: To acquire the associational knowledge between function, structure and green features in the green patents, a new method, namely acquiring knowledge based on feature association, was proposed. The training sets was established firstly by extracting features of parts in claims, analyzing functions and green features in the abstract or title, in which features of parts-objective function and objective function-green features was constituted. Then associational rules hidden between them were extracted clearly by a data mining algorithm. Knowledge among features of parts, objective function and green features was discovered and used for supporting product green innovation continuously. The method was demonstrated by the example. The obtained result proved the validity of this method.
